if you are interested in customization, beyond the options listed, of any of these products you will first need to contact me using the forms below. details of the request will finalized via e-mail. all COL/COM fabrics will need to be approved in advance for suitability.

i will require: Full name and contact information, ship to address and desired delivery date (please note lead times vary with each item and will be disclosed with quote). method of payment can be check (made payable to ember studio design) or credit card (a secure link will be provided). Payment - including shipping charges - must be RECEIVED in advance. a detailed quote will be sent to you via e-mail which must be confirmed accurate. changes to the order after PRODUCTION begins may incur a change fee. designers requesting a discount will also need to provide full company INFORMATION and a resale certificate.
